 STRIVE is a collective made up of two theatre companies, The DH Ensemble and Hot Coals Productions. As theatre companies led by D/deaf and hearing artists, we share the ethos of always putting access at the heart of our work as an essential part of the artistic process. We have decided to come together as a collective to build resilience and sustainability within a rapidly changing artistic landscape. Whilst we plan to work together and share resources, each company will continue to operate independently creating the unique work we are known for.

STRIVE launches in early 2021 with our first project, a video podcast series called 'The Green Room'. Join us in our digital space where we bring together some of the most exciting D/deaf identifying and disabled creatives and their allies from around the UK and across the world for in-depth conversations about the future of access and equality in the arts and exciting examples of best practice.
