Greenwich & Lewisham Young People's Theatre and The DH Ensemble are looking for D/deaf and hearing young people who are interested in acting for a full day workshop on Saturday 29th July.
(Age range 16-30 years old, no professional acting experience necessary. Professional actors or actors in training are also welcome.)
This is a great opportunity for D/deaf and hearing young actors to work together in a professional theatre environment.
The workshop will cover:
– acting techniques including Viewpoints
– physical improvisation
– play theory and non verbal communication
– devising theatre in a group
– creating autobiographical theatre (performances based on real life experiences)
